If you have any question please use our feedback service page for this purpose. 1Artworks offered for sale are guaranteed  to be original paintings and not to be printed reproductions.                  2 Artworks exhibited on the Mimicri web site are subject to variations caused by web browsers and photographic processes. Mimicri reserve the right to improve artworks by additional work  which may differ from the image shown here. No related guarantees are offered or implied covering such appearance and quality3Mimicri will gladly send to you a final, larger higher resolution email image of any artwork you consider buying or for favourable press promotional. purpose  (please make your request via our feedback service.) 4Artworks are offered for sale on condition that all copyrights and artist's rights

5Sold artworks remain on exhibition and copies sold at the discretion of MImicri   6Prices of artworks are based on sterling exchange rates at time of purchase.  7All artworks are insured in transit and such

 costs to be included in delivery charges quoted by MImicri. Claims arising must be sent  to MImicri immediately they arise with full details and artwork returned to Mimicri when requested. 8Artworks are offered as specified and normally with provision for hanging from brass eye rings on centre bracing bars.9Purchasers assume responsibility for hanging artworks and fully indemnify Mimicri against any and all liabilities

 from hanging artworks by purchasers or their agents in all circumstances.10Artworks on metallic leaf ground are genuine gold or silver leaf only when so specified otherwise 

imitation leaf is is used.
11Paintings are rendered in oil colours and/or acrylic colours. 12Supports are generally medium density fibre board or plywood laminate board as offered. 13Plastic channel section framing is used  or as otherwise specified.

14Mimicri reserves the right at any time to vary specifications without notice but not after any order has been accepted without agreement of the purchaser.15No other guarantees or undertaking are offered or implied by Mimicri. 16Any and all disputes including copyright and reproduction rights are based upon English and International laws and conventions to be dealt with in the English courts or otherwise as appropriately agreed.  ♦Please note that countries outside the United Kingdom may charge customs or other duties on imported artworks.
